About SK Forging Group

The first factory of SK forging group was established in 1962, it was an auto parts factory in Shandong province. After more than forty years development, SK forging group owned six forging and machining companies. These sub companies located in Qingdao, Yantai, Jinan, and Rizhao. Today,SK forging group has a staff of 1,800 people. The total asset is more than USD 50 million. SK forging group is the China Top 50 forging manufacturers from 2005-2008.

SK could provide different forging services for the customers, such as hot forging, cold forging, open die forging, closed die forging, drop forging and upset forging. The weight of our forged products is from 1.5 KG to 2000KG. The size of our forging products is from 5cm to 200CM.  Our annual production capacity is more than 30,000 tons forgings.

Quality Test
All the forged products of SK will have a strict quality inspection before shipping. In addition to our in house testing, we can provide customers the designated third-party testing certification.  The in house quality test we provide:

Ultrasonic Testing , Chemical Analysis Testing, Physical Analysis Testing,  Auto Impact Testing, Temperature Measuring, Optical Spectrum, Metallographic Microscope, Metallographic Polisher.
