SK forging group has more than 40 years experience on the production of forged fittings. We could manufacturer any kind forged fittings according to the drawings and requirements.  Different forged fittings need different forging process.  SK owned more than 50 hot forging, cold forging, open die forging, closed die forging, drop forging, upset forging and precision forging lines.  We could provide the various shapes and materials forged fittings. 

Equipments of forged fittings:

Hydraulic hammers from 300KG to 8000KG

Friction press machines from 300tons to 2500 tons.

Hydraulic presses from 1000 tons to 6300 tons.

Heat treating and CNC machine.
